1.Drilling holes into a rubber strip and inserting bristles.

2.Clamping bristles between steel bands (commonly made of aluminum or iron) to form a brush strip.

Escalator Double-Row Brush

These are produced using only the steel band clamping method, where two rows of bristles are held together to form a more robust brush strip.

How to Choose the Right Escalator Brush Material and Size?

When selecting the appropriate escalator safety brush, the material and size are crucial factors to consider:

Brush length: The bristle length typically extends about 50mm to 52mm.

Brush strip thickness: The thickness of the brush strips should ideally be around 5mm x 5mm, 6mm x 6mm, or 7mm x 7mm.

Bristle material: The best material for the bristles is soft, black nylon, which is gentle on clothing and offers enough elasticity to return to its original form after being touched by passengers’ shoes. Special requirements, such as flame-retardant nylon bristles, are available for added safety.
